Hi everyone,

Hope you are all easing into winter time- and end of year time. The time where we get to reflect on our previous year and set our goals or what we are letting go of. I have a lot of ideas and plans, but need to make decisions! I’m always overflowing with ideas and love to turn back to my journal.

If you would like to get a look into my life and process, follow me on Instagram.

One thing I’ve learned over the years is that good ideas rarely arrive from the same door twice. Some begin with a feeling. Some begin with a place. Some begin with a strange object you can’t stop thinking about and some simply flow to you unexplainably. And yet, every good idea, whether it’s for an editorial, a brand campaign, or a pitch deck needs a system that helps it grow into something intentional. Because I believe that every thought or trigger can be turned into something creative, you just need to train yourself how.

So I started building frameworks for myself.
